Integrated Security Solutions (ISS) Group is owned by Robin Gordon. He has been extensively involved in the electronic security and IT industry since 1993, and his knowledge and expertise have earned him a formidable reputation.

With a formal education in electronic engineering, Robin is personally involved in each project he lends his skills to on behalf of his clients – from the design, to installation and commissioning phases. He is also qualified as a project manager, enabling him to merge his outstanding technical ability with solid logistical and management expertise.

Robin joined De Beers Marine in 1990, serving as its Security Technical/Systems Manager for 11 years (April 1993 to December 2003). As a result he is intimately familiar with the marine- and land-based diamond mining environment. He was responsible for the implementation of De Beers Marine's first security solution, including the satellite-based 3-tier system.

Robin is intentional about keeping up with the latest technological innovations, taking a zero-compromise approach when designing a security system to perfectly meet his client's needs.

Our biggest client is De Beers – we furnish their mining vessels with all the necessary CCTV cameras, access controls, etc. to ensure the protection of the mined ore while at sea. Our security solutions are of the highest calibre – enabling the management and tracking of staff movement on board, as well as the movement of ore, diamonds, etc.
